   Just like your vehicle; dirt, salt, and other contaminants collect on the surface and corrode the exterior of your building. Porta Service can come in with our hot, high-pressure water and detergents to remove all of these contaminants and make your building look like new again! We are experienced in using Chlorine, Caustic Detergents, Acid Detergents and Solvents as necessary for this process.

   If painting is ultimately necessary, Porta Service can prep the surface for paint. Paint will not fully cure and bond over a layer of dirt and oxidization. Once we remove the dirt and oxidization, paint will cure and bond to the surface.
